Activities in Serbia - Montengero

*9.May: Celebration of Day of Europe Our national JEF section, together with the Novi Sad branch of the European Movement, organized a campaign in the city centre informing the people of Novi Sad about the occasion for celebration. We also distributed European brochures which contained the basic information about European countries, inhabitants, institutuions, . The main slogan of the brochure was "A bigger Europe means more friends!" We got a very favourable reception! There was another event, organized by the European Movement the idea for which was started by our JEF member Veljko Kovacevic, a painter. Namely, it was the opening of an exhibition dedicated to the European idea. The students from the Arts Academy displayed their work on the European theme and the best ones got rewards.
